Scope :

2. Transcription must be done according to the guidelines provided
3. Reports will be transcribed according to the pre-established templates or formats
4. Dictation shall be into our digital recorder through toll-free number provided
5. Documents of transcription include:
- Special case review
- Medical history and physical examination
- Hospitalization summary
- Treatment status report
- Annual physical examination
- Forensic status report
- Hospital review board report etc.
This is a global dn off site tender. Interested service providers are requested to contact no later than November, 19, 2009, 10:00 AM by courier, post. Service providers may have to visit our premises for meetings or briefings. Please review the attachment for more details.
