Description : We are US based looking to outsource our requirement of Transcription Service. We are looking qualified and experienced service provider for Transcription Services. Initially the contract will be of 1 year with an option to extend it further for 3 years.
Scope :
1) Service Provider must be able to provide the following services specified:
a) Software Program used for transcription – MS Word.
b) Dictation of autopsy reports, microscopic findings, scene reports, notes and letters.
c) Ability to dictate telephonically.
d) Ability to transmit the transcribed reports via internet utilizing the program “Doc Shuttle Dictator”.
e) A less than one week turn-around time.
f) Corrections to report without additional charge.
g) Printing of final report on or letterhead, as requested.
h) Toll free telephone number for dictation.
2) Volume of Work: The estimated quantity of lines to be transcribed over twelve (12) months is 25500 lines. This is an estimate and no amount of transcription is guaranteed.
This Tender is Onshore and Offsite tender. Interested Service Providers are requested to contact on or before December 21, 2009 by 17:00 Hrs. Service providers may have to visit our premises for meetings or briefings. Please review the attachment for more details.
