Description : We are New Zealand based looking to outsource our requirement of Transcription Service. We are looking for investigation of fraud through transcription.

Scope :
1. Provide transcription services that have specific legal requirements
2. Digital audio transcription services
3. Manage digital audio recording of interviews
4. Design and format a template for transcriptions
5. Produce transcribed documents from digital audio recordings
6. Provide an effective and efficient transfer of workflow approach
7. Experience in providing accurate transcription services with similar/like agency clients
8. Ability to provide transcription services to clients within specific fixed timeframes.
