Description : We are UK based organization looking to outsource our requirement of Transcription Service. We are looking for Legal Transcription Services. The duration of the contract is 60 months.
Scope :
1. We need services providers for interview tape transcription services
2. Experience in civil and criminal legal tape transcription
3. Experienced stenographers to attend both civil and criminal court hearing
4. The no. of interviews required to be transcribed will be in the region of 1500 per year
5. In some instances stenographers may be called upon to sit in on investigation interviews to enable the transcript to be turned around within a couple of hours
6. The majority of our interviews need to be transcribed within a tight timeframe
7. We need a company that can demonstrate their ability to process these interviews within the timescales requested.
This is an on shore and off site tender. Interested service providers are requested to submit contact no later than January, 15, 2010, 2:00 PM by courier, post. Service providers may have to visit our premises for meetings or briefings. Please refer the attachment for more details.
