Description: We are US based looking to outsource our requirement of Transcription Service. We are looking for qualified and experienced service providers for Radiology Transcription. The duration of the contract is 1 year with the possibility of further extension for 4 additional periods of one year each.

Scope:
1. Service Provider will have to transcribe radiology reports and addendums memorandums. Service Provider shall receive voice files (radiology dictation) from us via digital dictation system, transcribe the voice recordings, and return transcribed reports to the host computer server located at our facility.
2. Service Provider shall establish and maintain an application process capable of receiving voice files to ensure transcribed reports meet required turn-around times from the host server.
3. As service will be required on a 24 hours a day, 7 days a week basis, the system shall also be accessible 24 hours a day, 7 days a week basis. A back-up system shall be provided in the event the primary system fails.
4. VOLUME: There would be an approximate of 788700 lines a year. However, workload is based on patient volume and will also fluctuate based on type of patient care. Therefore Service Provider shall have adequate personnel to support up-time / downtime of workload fluctuations to ensure transcribed reports meet required turn-around-times.
5. Service Provider shall ensure full compliance with HIPAA requirements at all times during the transcription process.
6. Delivery of Transcribed Reports: Service Provider shall ensure that all transcribed files are delivered virus, ad-ware, and spy-ware FREE; and in MS Word file format via secured protocol.

8. Customer Support: Service Provider shall a provide a telephone/technical support service and error correction 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, at no additional cost.
