Description: We are US based looking to outsource our requirement of Transcription Service. We are qualified and experienced service providers to provide transcription of Medical Reports. We have a 373 bed state-of-the-art facility and an average daily census of approximately two hundred seventy eight (278) patients, which includes behavioral health and excludes newborns. Annual days are approximately 101000. We are looking for consistent and timely completion of reports which have been dictated; flexibility for us to add other departments/areas to the agreement as needed in the future; and provide us the most professional, efficient and cost-effective Medical Transcription Services.

Scope:
1. Provide timely and accurate transcription of all types of reports
2. Provide telephone line access from various locations
3. Provide an on-site management system that gives access to at least one year’s worth of data
4. Provide interface connection with Meditech and EMR systems or any successor
5. Be able to print reports at our Centers (Medical Records and Medical Imaging)
6. Be able to fax "stat" documents as needed during non-business hours and holidays
7. Provide transcription service on a 24 hour per day, 7 days per week and 365 days per year basis
8. Be able to provide a minimum of 35 different work types to be used by the physicians and establish format for new work type at no charge to us
9. Be able to accommodate a physician database of 500 physicians with capability for expansion
10. Provide text archives that are not time limited and voice archives for a minimum of 7 days
11. Provide a maximum of 4-hour response to any technical problem that might arise
12. Provide in-service dictation training as needed
13. Upgrade software, as required, at no cost to us. Maintain hardware and upgrade from time to time as significant technological changes occur or as may be mutually agreed upon
14. Correct reports with transcription errors at no charge to us
15. Establish abbreviation list and update annually
16. To be based upon an AAMT line, which is defined as any line having 65 "characters"
17 Reports: Reports shall be submitted monthly, by location, showing types of reports and number of lines for each
18. Training: Service Provider will provide training for our employees using the system in place at the time that agreement is executed. Training will include all aspects of systems operation and will take place at our premises

This is an on shore and off site tender. Interested service providers are requested to contact no later than April, 26, 2010, 11:00 AM by courier, post or email. Service providers may have to visit our premises for meetings or briefings. Please refer the attachment for more details.
