Description: We are US based looking to outsource our requirement of Transcription Service. We are looking for transcription and coding service.

Scope:
1. Provide Transcription Services 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, and 365 or 366 days per year, as applicable.
2. Provide a user-friendly, direct dial digital dictation system or as an option provide Windows CE devices to capture the audio portion of dictated reports. Access shall be accomplished using standard touch-tone telephones dialing a 1-800 number or a local voice server with back-up local and/or long-distance re-record.
3. Assign experienced transcribers who are knowledgeable in medical, psychiatric, and psychological terminology and associated document transcription services.
4. Turn-around time will be 24 hours.
5. Schedule and coordinate all routine system maintenance with the department.
6. Provide monthly reports as evidence of quality control measure.
7. The Vendor shall archive all transcription data.

This is an on shore and off site tender. Interested service providers are requested to contact no later than May, 28, 2010 by courier, post or email. Service providers may have to visit our premises for meetings or briefings. Please refer the attachment for more details.
