Description: We are US based looking to outsource our requirement of Transcription Service. We are looking for transcription of X-Rays (Radiology Transcription). The duration of the contract is 1 year commencing from July , 2010 to June 2011.

Scope:
1. Service Provider will have to provide economical and timely transcription of radiology reports (interpretation of digital x-rays).
2. Examination files will be sent by VPN to the Service Provider.
3. Service Provider will transcribe the report into the electronic file containing each patient’s images. The report will be transmitted to us by VPN.
4. We also need the availability for the radiologist to look at the x-rays as we take them for stat consultations. We do not need a radiologist on site here (which is why we have the digital images). It is also preferable to be able to listen to the dictation if transcription is delayed.
5. Turn-Around-Time: The turn- around-time for interpretation and report of received files will be no greater than 12 hours. (Preference will be given to shorter times).
6 Monthly Volume (Tentative): Approximately 160 x-ray studies/series a month.

This is an on shore and off site tender. Interested service providers are requested to contact no later than May, 19, 2010, 2:00 PM by courier, post or email. Service providers may have to visit our premises for meetings or briefings. Please refer the attachment for more details.
