Description: We are US based looking to outsource our requirement of Transcription Service. We are looking for provision of transcription Service. The duration of the contract is 1 yeas with the possibility of further extension for 4 years.

Scope:
1. Provision of transcription service for our organization
2. Provision of 50 transcripts per year or 875 pages of transcripts per year
3. The number of transcripts will be up to 200 transcripts or 3000 pages per year
4. Transcribed documents must be delivered through email
5. Transcription of speeches, briefings and statements
6. Provider will get digital audio files, audio tapes, digital video files, videotapes containing information related to transcripts.

This is an on shore and off site tender. Interested service providers are requested to contact no later than June, 11, 2010 by courier, post or email. Service providers may have to visit our premises for meetings or briefings. Please refer the attachment for more details.
