Description: We are US based looking to outsource our requirement of Transcription Service. We are looking for audio transcription Service.

Scope:
1. Service Provider will have to transcribe interviews.
2. VOLUME: Ongoing Need
3. Service Provider must be able to respond to our changing transcription priorities, which often change as urgent needs for transcripts arise at any time. The transcriber must transcribe an average of six (6) to seven (7) interview audio hours per week.
4. Service Provider must be able to transcribe from video, cassette, and .wav (Waveform Audio Format), .dss (Digital Speech Standard), and .ds2 (Digital Speech Standard Pro) audio formats. We exclusively use .dss and .ds2 to collect interviews.

This is an on shore an off site tender. Interested service providers are requested to contact no later than July, 22, 2010 by courier, post or email. Service providers may have to visit our premises for meetings or briefings. Please refer the attachment for more details.
