Description: We are US based looking to outsource our requirement of Medical Transcription Service. We are looking for medical transcription service. The duration of the contract is 1 year commencing from Oct, 2010 to Sept, 2011.

Scope:
1. Transcription of psychological and medical records
2. Providing an electronic record of transcription in one of the following electronic file formats:
.jpg, .doc, .bmp, .html, .txt, .pdf, .xft, .tiff and .tif.
3. The workload will average between 15,000 to 20,000 lines per week
4. Turn-around time for these transcriptions will be 48 hours from the date of dictation
5. Provide us with a name and telephone number of a conveniently available person and appropriate back up for service
6. Provide a detailed log sheet on a daily basis with each transmission
7. Typed lines may be single spaced with 1 1/4-inch margins in type and size of font subject to our approval.
8. Provide a dedicated line for selected dictating physicians.

This is an on shore and off site tender. Interested service providers are requested to contact no later than June, 29, 2010, 2:00 PM by courier, post or email. Service providers may have to visit our premises for meetings or briefings. Please refer the attachment for more details.
