Description: We are US based looking to outsource our requirement of Medical Transcription Service. We are looking for transcription service for university.

Scope:
1. Capability to receive digital dictation through telephone
2. Transmit digital transcriptions through secure website, direct interface, secure email and fax distribution
3. Provide digital dictation service
4. Capacity for voice recording and that it is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year
5. Secure web site to enable departments to access transcription reports via the Internet
6. Ability to recognize the dictator’s identification number and report code number
7. Provide transcribed reports and other information in the format
8. Daily Logs/Statistical and System Reports.

This is an on shore and off site tender. Interested service providers are requested to contact no later than June, 24, 2010, 2:00 PM by courier, post or email. Service providers may have to visit our premises for meetings or briefings. Please refer the attachment for more details.
