Description: We are US based looking to outsource our requirement of Transcription Service. We are looking for Medical Transcription Services. The duration of the contract is from date of final signature (approx. October 26, 2010) through June 30, 2011, with one, 24-month renewal option.

Scope:
1. Service Provider will receive dictation of all types of reports via secured phone lines with unique ID access number.
2. In the event of electronic failure, Service Provider will provide an alternative mechanism for transfer of information and documents.
3. Medical Assessment reports generally take two formats –
a. Initial evaluation averaging 2 to 4 pages in length or
b. Follow-up reports in Simple Object Access Protocol (SOAP) format averaging one page each in length
Dictation volume will average 80-120 total reports per week, per location; however, volume may vary with population, holidays or other unforeseen factors. A minimum or a maximum number of reports is not guaranteed during the contract period.
4. Service Provider will transcribe the dictation into a Word document, electronically generated report following the format specified by the Facility that can be emailed back to the Facility.
5. Completed reports will be emailed or sent on CD to the respective Facility within seven (7) working days.
6. Reports needed immediately (STAT) will be transcribed and forwarded to the Facility in less than 36 hours after dictation has occurred.
7. Service Provider will provide a mechanism for review of reports by each Facility and corrections of any typographical errors will be made at no cost to the applicable site. Corrections shall be made and the corrected report returned to the applicable site within 24 hours of the request for correction.
8. Service Provider will adhere to confidentiality standards consistent with HIPAA and provide written documentation to this effect.

This is an on shore and off site tender. Interested service providers are requested to contact no later than September, 7, 2010, 3:00 PM by courier, post or email. Service providers may have to visit our premises for meetings or briefings. Please refer the attachment for more details.
