Description: We are US based looking to outsource our requirement of Transcription Service. We are looking for audio recording and transcription. The duration of the contract is 1 year with the option for one-four year renewal option.

Scope:
1. Digitally record and transcribe remarks for the designated principal for events that include, but are not limited to, the following: press conferences, speeches, congressional hearings, briefings and panel discussions.
2. Service Provider shall ensure a stenographer attend or view the designated event via webcast or digital recording and accurately transcribe remarks made by the designated principal.
3. VOLUME: As per attached document kept in PUBLIC.
4. Turn-Around-Time (TAT): If speaking engagement is completed prior to 1:00 pm (EST) or less than 2 hours in duration Service Provider shall provide the transcription document no later than 5:00 pm (EST) on the same day. If speaking engagement is completed after 1:00 pm (EST) or less than 2 hours in duration Service Provider shall provide the transcription document by noon on the next day. If speaking engagement is more than 4 hours in duration Service Provider shall provide the transcription document within 48 hours.
5. Thoroughly copy edit transcriptions—ensuring names, titles and acronyms accurate reflected.
6. Service Provider shall independently and proactively coordinate with event point of contact (provided by us) to RSVP or gain access for events and ensure all necessary equipment/resources are available
7. Transcribe remarks directly from webcast, video or audio recording or conference call when needed.
8. Provide assistance and translation services to our component agencies as requested.

This is an on shore and off site tender. Interested service providers are requested to contact no late than September, 7, 2010 by courier, post or email. Service providers may have to visit our premises for meetings or briefings. Please refer the attachment for more details.
