Description: We are US based looking to outsource our requirement of Transcription Service. We are looking for provision of transcription service.

Scope:
1. Accurate transcription service
2. Verbatim transcripts i.e submitted typographically or grammatically free of error
3. Complete transcripts which accurately reflect the full and complete verbatim record of the proceeding
4. Unnecessary duplication must be avoided
5. Transcripts must be legibly typed with black record ribbon, xerographic (laser) printing or equal, on letter size (8 ½” x 11”) 20 lb
6. Each regular page of transcript shall contain 25 typewritten lines
7. The paging of transcripts shall be in a single series of consecutive numbers
8. All typewritten transcripts shall be proofread.

This is an on shore and off site tender. Interested service providers are requested to contact no later than October, 7, 2010, 2:00 PM by courier, post or email. Service providers may have to visit our premises for meetings or briefings. Please refer the attachment for more details.
