Description: We are US based looking to outsource our requirement of Transcription Service. We are looking for stenography service and typewritten transcripts of judicial hearings. The duration of the contract is 3 years with the possibility of further renewal for 2 additional one year periods.

Scope:
1. Judicial hearings are generally held Monday through Friday from 9:00am to 4:45 pm, and Monday and Wednesday evenings 5:15 through 8:15 p.m.
2. Each session would require up to four court stenographers.
3. The amount of stenographers required would be confirmed twenty-four hours before.

This is an on shore and off site tender. Interested service providers are requested to contact no later than October, 1, 2010 by courier, post or email. Service providers may have to visit our premises for meetings or briefings. Please refer the attachment for more details.
