Description: We are US based looking to outsource our requirement of Transcription Service. We are looking for Court reporting and transcription service.

Scope:
1. Recording and transcription of court transcriptions
2. Tapes must be of such quality that there shall be no instances of inaudibility because of accents or words used by the speakers
3. Recording monitor must be able to identify speakers
4. Separate transcript shall be provided for each witness/deponent
5. Paging of the transcripts must be in a single series by consecutive numbers
6. Reduced page transcripts (Condensed Transcripts) must include four transcript pages in reduced format on a single 8 ½ x 11 inch page.

This is an on shore and off site tender. The estimated tender value is 175,000 USD for the entire term of the contract. Interested service providers are requested to contact no later than December, 14, 2010 by courier, post or email. Service providers may have to visit our premises for meetings or briefings.
