Description: We are US based looking to outsource our requirement of Transcription Service. We are looking for digital recording and transcription service. The duration of the contract is 3 years.

Scope:
1. Digital recording [transferred electronically] or the original cassette tape recording. Upon completion of the transcription, the Contractor shall return the original tape(s), if applicable, along with copy of the transcript.
2. Transcription of Recorded Proceedings.
3. The transcription shall be completed not more than 15 days from date ordered.
4. When an emergency delivery is required, the transcript must be delivered within 24 hours.

This is an onshore and off site tender. The estimated tender value is 275000 USD. Interested service providers are requested to contact upto January, 6, 2011 by courier, post or email. Service providers may have to visit our premises for meetings or briefings. Please refer the attachment for more details.
