Description: We are US based looking to outsource our requirement of Transcription Service. We are looking for professional transcription service. The duration of the contract is 3 years commencing from July, 2011 to June, 2014, with the possibility for further extension for 2 additional 1 years terms.

Scope:
1. Furnish highly accurate, professional transcription services to County with a turnaround time of 4 hours to 24 hours for all work.
2. Work includes referrals for adult pre-sentence investigation reports, juvenile dispositional reports, and other types of written reports for the courts.
3. Approximately 450 reports are currently prepared monthly with the majority averaging approximately 9-15 pages in length.
4. Priority reports are occasionally required with a TAT of 4 hours. Approximately 5 priority reports are submitted monthly.

This is an on shore and off site tender. Interested service providers are requested to contact no later than February, 7, 2011 by courier, post or email. Service providers may have to visit our premises for meetings or briefings. Please refer the attachment for more details.
