Description: We are US based looking to outsource our requirement of Transcription Service. We are looking for transcription of depositions.

Scope:
1. Recording and transcription services shall be provided on an as ordered basis
2. Provision of special option material like computer diskette transcripts, compressed transcripts, video depositions and all word indexing
3. Regular Transcripts: Delivered on or before the 10th working day after receipt of order
4. Intermediate Transcripts: Delivered within 5 working days after receipt of order
5. Daily Transcript: Delivered following adjournment and prior to the normal opening hour of court
6. Special Transcripts: Ordered under unusual circumstances to be delivered within 2 hours
7. Separate transcript will be provided for each witness/deponent
8. Pagination of transcripts shall be a single series by consecutive numbers regardless of the number of days consumed in the hearings, proceeding, etc.

This is an on shore and off site tender. Interested service providers are requested to contact no later than December, 17, 2010 by courier, post or email. Service providers may have to visit our premises for meetings or briefings. Please refer the attachment for more details.
