Description: We are US based looking to outsource our requirement of Transcription Service. We are looking for Medical Transcription Services.

Scope:
1. Provide teledictation /medical transcription services, with electronic transmission of completed work to the organization.
2. Vendor needs to provide electronic digital dictation system with toll-free telephonic access for dictators.
3. Transmission electronically or via First Class Mail of the transcription to the department within 48 hours of receipt of the dictation.
4. Bidder must have transcribed at least 500,000 Medical lines in the last 12 months (Experience)
5. Bidder must have transcribed at least 500,000 Psychiatric and/or Psychological lines in the last 12 month. (Experience)
6. Ability, while meeting all of the requirements of this RFP to dictate approximately (1) Million character lines annually.

This is an on shore and off site tender. Interested service providers are requested to contact no later than April, 22, 2011 by courier, post or email. Service providers may have to visit our premises for meetings or briefings. Please refer the attachment for more details.
