Description: We are US based looking to outsource our requirement of Call Center, Data Entry and Transcription Service. We are looking for provision of contact center, transcription and data entry service.

Scope:
1. Services for primary purpose of processing incoming tourism enquiries and requests
2. Obtain and maintain the current, toll-free telephone numbers including the current vanity number
3. English-speaking, non-regional accent
4. Live operator response to caller inquiries 24 hours per day, 7 days per week
5. Call volume may range from 5,000 to 60,000 calls per month
6. Provide live operator, automated call answering or a combination of services as required by the State
7. Call answering for non-consumer inquiries for travel agents that generate requests for multiple copies of publications
8. Transcription/data entry services for input sources for manual transcription including
9. This includes:
printed reports, printed labels, e-mails and business reply cards.
10. Computer related services and reporting as required.

This is an on shore and off site tender. Interested service providers are requested to contact no later than May, 6, 2011 by courier, post or email. Service providers may have to visit our premises for meetings or briefings. Please refer the attachment for more details.
