Description: We are US based looking to outsource our requirement of Transcription Service. We are looking for Audio and Video Transcription Service.

Scope:
1. Transcriptions to be completed for a standard two-hour recording within two to three business days from receipt of media
2. Non-optional return of all media used in transcriptions
3. Written transcriptions should include speaker identification in all caps, lower case translations, punctuation, double-spaced text with one-inch margins, numbered pages, indications of pauses in dialogue
4. Per Page Cost of transcribing audio recordings and converting to word processing document
5. Per word Cost of transcribing audio recordings and converting to word processing document
6. Any special costs associated with transcription from standard cassettes, micro/mini cassettes, videotapes, video disk recorders, digital video recordings.

This is an on shore and off site tender. Interested service providers are requested to contact no later than May, 27, 2011 by courier, post or email. Service providers may have to visit our premises for meetings or briefings. Please refer the attachment for more details.
