Description: We are US based looking to outsource our requirement of Transcription Service. We are looking for Interview Transcription Service. The duration of the contract is 1 year with 4 one year further extensions.

Scope:
1. Transcripts from audio recordings of witness interviews
2. Transmit digital voice files windows media format by email
3. The estimated range of transcription of from 15000 to 25000 pages per year
4. The average length of an interview is generally between 15 min and 2 hrs
5. Transcriptions must be numbered, ticked and dated according to audio recordings.

This is an on shore and off site tender. Interested service providers are requested to contact no later than June, 14, 2011 by courier, post or email. Service providers may have to visit our premises for meetings or briefings. Please refer the attachment for more details.
