Description: We are US based looking to outsource our requirement of Transcription Service. We are looking for Transcription of Audio and Video Recordings. The duration of the contract is 3 years.

Scope:
1. Ability to produce an accurate verbatim record in proper transcript format of court proceedings from an electronically recorded tape, video, CD or DVD recording.
2. The ability to produce a transcript within a reasonable time and when requested on an expedited basis.
3. The volume of transcript orders fluctuates from month to month. The approximate range of transcript orders results in 8,000 – 12,000 pages each month.
4. Turn Around time
- 25% of requests completed with 15 calendar days after receipt of recording.
- 85% of requests completed with 30 calendar days after receipt of recording.
- 100% of requests completed with 45 calendar days after receipt of recording.

This is an on shore and off site tender. Interested service providers are requested to contact no later than July, 15, 2011 by courier, post or email. Service providers may have to visit our premises for meetings or briefings. Please refer the attachment for more details.
