Description: We are US based looking to outsource our requirement of Software Development Service. We are looking for Voice Transcription System Development.

Scope:
1. Provision and maintenance of Transcription System
2. Provide installation, configuration, programming for the system
3. Transcription System quoted should utilize concurrent licensing for Listeners, Managers, network/internet Transcriptionists, PC Dictators and Download Utilities for Digital Voice Recorders.
4. System should provide server based, centralized, automatic report type routing capabilities
5. Allow automatic notifications for specific events to include, but not limited to, reports aged beyond a defined turnaround time, priorities limits, disk usage, etc
6. Ability to listen to reports from the users desktop, both backlog (not transcribed) and already transcribed work
7. Transcription Manager Client software must be functional in a LAN, WAN, or Web environment
8. Must have robust reporting capabilities, to define reports and automatically print them when required, to a specific printer on the network
9. Transcription System software must offer Voice Ports that are flexible in function, depending on the user ID accessed
10. Transcription System software must show an audit record for individual jobs
11. Able to create a report that shows which jobs have been skipped and by which user
12. Able to record in a wide variety of audio formats, definable by user.

This is an on shore and off site tender. Interested service providers are requested to contact no later than June, 22, 2011 by courier, post or email. Service providers may have to visit our premises for meetings or briefings. Please refer the attachment for more details.
