Description: We are US based looking to outsource our requirement of Transcription Service. We are looking for Court Reporting and Transcription services. The duration of the contract is 1 year with 4, one year extension periods.

Scope:
1. Provide court reporting services for:
- Commission meetings
- Administrative hearing
- Deposition hearings
2. Court reporter that will use a stenographic machine or tape record sessions
3. Transcribe verbatim the public hearings and any portion of the executive sessions as designated.

This is an on shore and off site tender. Interested service providers are requested to contact no later than August, 16 2011 by courier, post or email. Service providers may have to visit our premises for meetings or briefings. Please refer the attachment for more details.
