Description: We are US based looking to outsource our requirement of Transcription Service. We are looking for General Transcription Service. The duration of the contract is 1 year with 1 year extension option.

Scope:
1. Provider must audiotape, transcribe, write minutes/summaries
2. Providing meeting transcripts and will possess an understanding of complex medical terminology in order to provide intelligible and accurate minutes and summaries of meetings
3. Hard-copy transcript and (b) an e-mailed electronic file and/or disk version in MS Word.

This is an on shore and offsite tender. Interested service providers are requested to contact no later than August, 13, 2011 by courier, post or email. Service providers may have to visit our premises for meetings or briefings. Please refer the attachment for more details.
