Description: We are Canada looking to outsource our requirement of Transcription Service. We are looking for Provision of Medical Transcription Services.

Scope:
1. Provide Medical Transcription services on an as needed basis for total of 2,000,000 dictated minutes per annum for government authority.
2. Contract period shall be for five years and it may extend for two additional one year periods.
3. Vendor should provide creative application that includes Manual Transcription services and Natural Language Voice Recognition.

This is an on shore and offsite tender. Interested service providers are requested to contact no later than September, 30, 2011 by courier, post or email. Service providers may have to visit our premises for meetings or briefings. Please refer the attachment for more details.
