Description: We are Hong Kong based looking to outsource our requirement of Transcription Service. We are looking for Provision of Transcription Services.

Scope:
1. Transcription of interviews conducted in English, Mandarin or Cantonese
2. All transcripts shall be verbatim
3. Transcripts shall include uhs, ums, stutters, false starts, distracting speech patterns, repetition and remarks
4. Material to be transcribed will include but not limited to the following types:
- Records of interview
- Any other video and/or audio recordings in the course of investigation
5. Transcripts shall be delivered in Microsoft Word format through email or other format as prescribed
6. The transcript for each interview shall be delivered in a single file.

This is an on shore and offsite tender. Interested service providers are requested to contact no later than September, 30, 2011 by courier, post or email. Service providers may have to visit our premises for meetings or briefings. Please refer the attachment for more details.
