Description: We are US based looking to outsource our requirement of Transcription Service. We are looking for Real-time transcription service.

Scope:
1. Provider must be able to come to our campus on an as-needed basis, as arranged, to provide Computer Aided Real-time Transcription (CART) service for deaf or hard of hearing students throughout the current fiscal cycle, which commenced July 1, 2010 and terminates June 30, 2011.
2. Hours of instruction may range from 8:00 am to 10:00 pm.
3. Service Provider will be assigned to a specific class or classes and be expected to provide CART for the entire quarter, or until further notice.
4. Classes may be up to three hours in length without a break.
5. A 24 hour cancelation policy will be honored. Service Provider must provide all of the equipment themselves. A power outlet will be available.
6. The College will reserve the right to request cleaned up copies of the transcriptions in electronic format if it is deemed appropriate as part of the accommodation for the student.
7. Travel Reimbursement: Mileage must be charged at the current Washington state mileage rate, which is 0.50 USD per mile as of January 1, 2010.
