Description: We are US based looking to outsource our requirement of Transcription Service. We are looking for General Transcription Service. The duration of the contract is 1 year with 4 one year extension period.

Scope:
1. Transcription of meetings minutes
2. The meeting minutes are required to include:
- The time, date, location, and attendance of the meeting
- Summary of matters discussed, by whom, positions established, and conclusions reached
- Identification of reports received, issued, or approved by the Committee, or various working groups of the Committee
3. Meetings may be held anywhere within the United States
4. Transcription must be provided in Word prefect and Microsoft word formats.

This is an on shore and offsite tender. The estimated tender value is 359500 USD. Interested service providers are requested to contact no later than August, 8, 2011 by courier, post or email. Service providers may have to visit our premises for meetings or briefings. Please refer the attachment for more details.
