Description: We are US based looking to outsource our requirement of Transcription Service. We are looking for Conversion of Tapes.
Scope:
1. All tapes must be converted to a MPEG4 video file
2. MPEG4 video file must be non-proprietary and be able to be played with Microsoft Windows Media Player 7.
This is an on shore and offsite tender. Interested service providers are requested to contact no later than December, 9, 2011 by courier, post or email. Service providers may have to visit our premises for meetings or briefings. Please refer the attachment for more details.
